What viscosity synthetic oil should I use on a VG30DETT 300ZX? 0W-60, 5W-50, etc? And what sparkplugs r best?

Im in a moderate climate, never too hot or freezing. Mostly fast commuting (in a twin turbo - crazy huh!) and the occasional trip. What viscosity synthetic oil should I use on a VG30DETT 300ZX? 0W-60, 5W-50, etc? And what sparkplugs r best?
5w-50w mobil one. GReddy Spark Plug: 13000107What viscosity synthetic oil should I use on a VG30DETT 300ZX? 0W-60, 5W-50, etc? And what sparkplugs r best?
As for oil, I only use 5w30 full synthetic in my 300zx turbo, and Plugs should be NGK. You don't have to Gap the plugs just check to make sure the electrode isn't touching the ground.

Spark Plug Type

Standard/Hot Plug NGK PFR5B-11

Cold Type NGK PFR6B-11B, PFR6B-11

Spark Plug Air Gap 0.039 - 0.043 in

Spark Plug Torque 14 - 22 ft.lb

If an oil with a viscosity higher than 5W-30 is used during the summer months it should be changed to 5W-30 during the winter months provided that the temperature drops below 50 degrees ~F. For turbocharged engines, 5W-30 should only be used under extremely cold conditions, below - 18~C (0~F).
do you think synthetic oil or manmade oil is better than multipurpose grade oil the only difference is how often you have to change the oil, manmade can go 15000 multi grade 7000 you still pay the same
Use the same weight as the conventional oil recommended by Nissan for that engine in your climate.

I also would recommend an NKG or Bosch Platinum Plug.
listen to james from daves import repair.

NGK only for spark plugs!!

most others will foul out I deal with this several times a month.

Not sure about the oil, but in regards to the spark plug, as Albert F stated, go for the NGK platinum spark plugs.

Cost a bit more than the el cheapo, but last a bit longer and better for your car.
