What is the viscosity and density of virgin coconut oil?

All cooking oils (vegetable, coconut, etc) are roughly the same density : ~900 kg/m^3.





For example, coconut oil is about 925 kg/m^3, olive 920, vegetable b/w 900 and 930. Also, coconut oil viscosity is 28.58 mm^2/s.
